We make sure each delivery reaches the destination within the requested time frame, however, due to some circumstances some delays may occur.

What if my recipient isn't home when delivery is made?

If there is a safe place to leave the arrangement, the delivery team will leave the delivery in a secure area.

If this is not the case, a re-delivery will be scheduled once the recipient’s availability has been confirmed.
